How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery time is 2 to 8 weeks after payment confirmation date. However, in general our orders are delivered within 25 days on average.
Delivery time is calculated from confirmation of payment on working days, i.e. excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
Once the purchase is confirmed, the order will be processed, which will take from 1 to 10 days, depending on demand. Rest assured, 97% of orders ship within 3 business days.

How can I track my order?
You can use the tracking code sent to the registered mailbox for tracking.
Since the shipment is international, it may take 3-10 days for the tracking code to show the current status.

Will I be charged customs duties?

I received my product but it is not complete:
Usually, when your order has multiple items, they may be sent in batches as we use different distribution channels. You may receive these items on different dates. So don't worry if you don't get all your orders right away...they will.

Will I receive the product at my address?
Yes, most orders will be shipped to the shipping address.
However, if the address cannot be found or multiple deliveries have failed (address not available), you may need to pick up your order from your local post office.
We ask that you track your order using the tracking code provided in the email so that the order is not returned to the sender while waiting for a long time for pickup.
Note: Please make sure the registered shipping address is correct.

I entered the wrong address, what should I do?
Most orders ship next day.
Email us the day you place your order so we can update your address before shipping.
After the order is submitted, we cannot make any corrections!

The tracking shows how it was delivered, but I didn't receive it, what should I do?
Ask the residents of your home, they may have taken orders without your knowledge.
You can also contact your local post office. Sometimes the tracking code will tell you that the order has been delivered while it is still at the local post office, and that delivery may have been delayed and will be delivered the next day.
Also check that you haven't received any notifications from the operator in your mailbox. If a delivery attempt fails, they leave a notification letting you know what happened and providing guidance on order delivery.
We can only provide refunds if the order is lost in transit, that is, if your order has not been tracked updated 60 days after it was shipped. Delivered orders are non-refundable.
